The deck represents the gemstone veins of this world. Gems mined from the deck flow into the market—yet when a gemstone becomes too common, its value drops, and people begin to desire rarer ones instead. ALMAZ is a trading game where the value of each gemstone is determined by how many remain in the deck. Each player starts with 3 gem cards and takes 3 turns, trading with gems in the market to collect the most valuable set. Read the market, predict values based on the gems in the market and the current trend, and claim the most precious gems.

（1）Adjust the number of gem types used according to the number of players.
Players / Gem Types and Cards Used 3 players: 5 types, 10 cards each 4–6 players: 6 types, 10 cards each
（2）Choose a start player by any method and give them the Start Player Card.
（3）Place the Trend Card at the edge of the play area.
（4）Shuffle the Gem Cards thoroughly. Deal 3 cards face down to each player, then place 5 cards face up to form the initial market.
